We believe in giving back to the community. Through our outreach initiatives, we aim to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals who may not have had the opportunity to pursue their passion for aviation. By creating awareness, providing scholarships, and supporting underprivileged communities, we hope to inspire and uplift the next generation of pilots and aviation professionals.
Fly Compton accepts students as young as 8 and prepares them for a career in aviation throughout their childhood. This sets them up for success in a way that no other flight training organization currently provides to children under the age of 15, allowing them to see themselves inside the dream right now, not someday in the distant future.
Fly Compton is more than a mentorship program or summer camp. It is a fully developed flight training program with group classes every Saturday. All ground school and flight time can be logged and counts towards meeting the FAA requirements for a private pilot’s license.
We’re always looking for volunteers to inspire our kids.
The Fly Compton team is committed to breaking down the barriers that prevent youth in underserved communities from obtaining rewarding careers in aviation.

Fly Compton is a 501c3 non-profit foundation and is powered by generous donations from private individuals and corporate partners. This is how we are able to offer a pathway for training that is financially accessible for all families.
Not sure if Fly Compton is for you? Prospective students and their parents are welcome to observe one of our in person classes prior to enrolling to help you decide.
